The department also collaborates closely with other divisions, such as Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Finance, to ensure standards are maintained, risks are managed, and project outcomes align with the company’s objectives. Reporting regularly to senior management, the Project Department tracks progress, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions when needed, all while adhering to regulatory and internal policies.
